AVENTURES DES TOILES : Launching of the Guest Artist Label. For the coming seasons,
ADT is opening its doors and is inviting an artist, such as a resident artist, who will collaborate
with the styling and designing teams during the entire season in order to create and come up
with an elaborate and sophisticated collection, subtle refection of the artistic universe of this artist.

DEGRE7 : Launching of the summer 2011 collection: DEGRÉ 7 has worked in collaboration with the BLUEBRETZEL
agency, a company specialized in communicating and conveying ideas as well as messages through colors
in order to create the new Degré Colors Label. This collection at the heart of which is the “Lifestyle” concept,
but which is nonetheless technical and practical, will be followed with a sense of continuity by the winter season.
This winter season will complement the universe of the traditional “skiwear” by Degré 7.

AVANCE DIFFUSION : CDC Entreprises has agreed to follow and sponsor the development
of Avance Diffusion by investing 2 million Euros in OC.
